Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern reservations made with Million Dollar Luxe LLC (“Million Dollar Luxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a reservation, submitting payment, or occupying one of our properties, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any property-specific rules provided before or during your stay.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Million Dollar Luxe. A reservation is not considered confirmed until required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must have the legal authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests included in the reservation.

The primary guest may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and payment verification before check-in.

 

Rates and Payment

Rates are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, cleaning fees, service fees, security deposits, concierge charges, processing fees, and other property-specific charges may be added to the advertised rental rate.

Payment terms, including any deposit and remaining balance, will be displayed during the booking process or provided in the reservation confirmation.

By submitting a payment method, you authorize Million Dollar Luxe to charge amounts due under your reservation, including authorized additional charges arising from your stay.

Failure to make required payments by the applicable due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

 

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by property, rate, length of stay, booking channel, or reservation type.

The cancellation policy presented at the time of booking and included in your reservation confirmation will govern your reservation.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, changes to reservation dates, properties, or guest details are subject to availability and approval and may result in additional charges.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, unused nights, late arrivals, or a guest’s decision not to use an available amenity or service.

Security Deposits and Damage

A security deposit, damage authorization, or other security measure may be required for certain reservations.

Guests are responsible for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized events, unauthorized guests, rule violations, fines, or other costs resulting from the actions of the guest or anyone permitted onto the property by the guest.

Million Dollar Luxe reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for amounts reasonably necessary to cover such costs, including amounts exceeding any security deposit.

Guests must promptly report any existing damage or maintenance concerns discovered upon arrival.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be provided with the reservation.

Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional fees.

Guests may be required to complete identity verification, sign additional rental documentation, or provide required information before receiving access instructions.

Occupancy and Guests

Only registered guests and approved visitors may occupy or access the property.

Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times. Unauthorized guests, gatherings, parties, events, or commercial activity are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Million Dollar Luxe.

Guests may not sublease, assign, resell, or otherwise transfer their reservation.

Property Rules

Guests agree to treat the residence, furnishings, amenities, landscaping, and surrounding community with care.

Smoking or vaping inside a property is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

Pets are permitted only when specifically approved for the applicable property.

Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, nuisance behavior, or conduct that interferes with neighbors or the surrounding community is prohibited.

Property-specific house rules provided before or during the stay form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the stay without refund and may result in additional charges.

Events, Filming and Commercial Use

Parties, events, professional photography, filming, productions, brand activations, commercial activity, or other non-residential uses require prior written approval.

Additional fees, deposits, permits, insurance, agreements, or restrictions may apply.

Unauthorized commercial use of a property is prohibited.

Property Condition and Amenities

Million Dollar Luxe makes reasonable efforts to ensure that properties and advertised amenities are available and in good working condition.

Temporary interruptions or failures involving utilities, internet, appliances, pools, spas, elevators, HVAC systems, landscaping, construction, neighborhood conditions, or other services may occasionally occur and may be outside our control.

Amenities, furnishings, décor, equipment, and property features may change from photographs or descriptions due to maintenance, replacement, upgrades, availability, or circumstances outside our control.

Reasonable efforts will be made to address material issues reported during a stay.

Pools, Spas and Other Amenities

Guests use pools, spas, gyms, saunas, sports facilities, balconies, fireplaces, outdoor areas, and other property amenities at their own risk.

Guests are responsible for supervising children and other members of their party and for exercising reasonable care while using the residence and its amenities.

Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the stay.

Million Dollar Luxe and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Items left behind may be stored temporarily at our discretion. Shipping and handling costs for returned belongings are the guest’s responsibility.

Concierge and Third-Party Services

Million Dollar Luxe may assist guests with services including transportation, private chefs, wellness services, spa treatments, grocery provisioning, reservations, security, entertainment, experiences, and other concierge arrangements.

Certain services may be provided by independent third-party providers.

Third-party services may be subject to separate pricing, terms, cancellation policies, waivers, and availability.

Million Dollar Luxe is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

Access to the Property

Million Dollar Luxe, the property owner, property management personnel, maintenance providers, or authorized representatives may access the property when reasonably necessary for emergencies, repairs, maintenance, inspections, safety concerns, or to address suspected violations of these Terms.

Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption when circumstances permit.

Security and Monitoring

Certain properties may utilize exterior security cameras, entry systems, noise-monitoring devices, alarms, or other security technology.

Any such systems are intended for property protection, safety, access management, or compliance with applicable rules and laws.

Assumption of Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their visitors while at the property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, guests accept the ordinary risks associated with staying in and using a private residence and its amenities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Million Dollar Luxe will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, wildfires, severe weather, utility outages, government actions, civil emergencies, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, or similar events.

Where appropriate, Million Dollar Luxe will make reasonable efforts to assist affected guests, but refunds or credits will remain subject to the applicable reservation and cancellation terms.

Termination of Stay

Million Dollar Luxe reserves the right to terminate occupancy when a guest materially violates these Terms, applicable laws, property rules, occupancy restrictions, or safety requirements.

In serious circumstances, guests may be required to vacate the property immediately. Refunds are not guaranteed when a stay is terminated because of a guest violation.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that property descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information are accurate.

Minor variations may occur, and errors may occasionally appear. Million Dollar Luxe reserves the right to correct errors and to notify guests of material discrepancies affecting a reservation.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the booking process is handled in accordance with the Million Dollar Luxe Privacy Policy.

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

Electronic Communications

By providing your email address or phone number in connection with a reservation, you agree to receive communications reasonably necessary to administer your booking and stay, including confirmations, payment notices, check-in information, property instructions, concierge communications, and other transactional messages.

Marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to separate consent and applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute relating to a reservation or stay will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or a reservation will be brought in an appropriate court located in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the reservation confirmation, applicable cancellation policy, property-specific rules, signed rental agreement, and any additional written terms provided in connection with the reservation, constitute the agreement between the guest and Million Dollar Luxe regarding the reservation.

If a property-specific rental agreement contains terms that conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the property-specific agreement will control with respect to that reservation.

Changes to These Terms

Million Dollar Luxe may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a reservation will generally be the version in effect when the reservation is made, except where changes are required by law.
